As a Finance Director, you will empower the finance and accounting team to build a high-performance culture. Your expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and compliance will support the company's rapid growth. You will also oversee investor relations and enhance operational efficiencies through collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team • Drive financial planning and strategic modeling • Oversee compliance and internal controls • Manage investor relations and fundraising efforts • Provide actionable insights through KPI tracking
Requirements:• 8+ years in finance leadership roles • CPA designation (Ontario) required • Experience building finance functions from ground up • Strong knowledge of accounting principles • Excellent leadership and communication skills
