Key Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed budget-to-actual and variance reports • Drive finance process improvements and efficiencies • Manage compliance reporting and auditor requests • Collaborate with other finance functions for seamless operations • Coach staff to ensure team objectives are met
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Five or more years in accounting/finance roles • CPA certification required • Proven people management experience • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
