The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-grade architecture initiatives that align with business and technology goals. You’ll work closely with the Digital Business and Engineering teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and governance frameworks. Your contributions will support Aviva’s modernization priorities and drive clarity in project objectives while mentoring team members for technical growth.
Key Responsibilities:• Define and document Digital Product objectives and strategies • Design scalable and secure Digital Product architectures • Mentor team members for collaboration and growth • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Requirements:• Extensive experience in web architecture and digital applications • Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS • Strong project lifecycle understanding, particularly Agile • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Leadership qualities to influence design decisions
