Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking an ASIC Design Engineer to join its Engineering Group, specializing in ultra-low power audio AI subsystems. With over two years of experience, you will engage in micro-architecture design, power optimization, and integration of digital audio IPs for various applications. Your expertise will contribute to pioneering low-power solutions, balancing performance, power, and cost, while collaborating with verification and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop specifications for digital audio and AI modules • Implement and integrate IP blocks using Verilog RTL • Analyze performance and power trade-offs for designs • Optimize designs for ultra-low power consumption • Collaborate with teams on ASIC development and silicon debug

Requirements:• 2+ years ASIC design or implementation experience • Proficient in Verilog/VHDL RTL design languages • Understanding of ASIC/VLSI concepts • Experience in logic synthesis with industry tools • Eligible to work legally in Canada
