Key Responsibilities:• Support rate adequacy evaluation and manage growth performance • Develop strategies to onboard new groups and penetrate existing markets • Report regional results to inform PI partners’ objectives • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including distribution partners• Drive project work to enhance Aviva's processes and policies

Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma in related field • 5+ years P&C Underwriting experience• Knowledge of insurance value chain including Underwriting • Experience in business analytics and data-driven decisions • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
