Hybrid Accounting Manager for Securitization, Markham

Excel as a Manager for Securitization and Technical Accounting with Vaco by Highspring. Drive strategy and guide teams in a hybrid setup while ensuring financial accuracy.

With an immediate start in this 12-month contract role, your extensive accounting knowledge and securitization experience will be key. You’ll be responsible for leading the securitization program’s accounting workstream, analyzing its performance, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Additionally, you will mentor the internal accounting team and support the development of a specialized securitization group.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead the accounting aspect for the securitization program • Conduct performance analysis of securitized vs non-securitized structures • Support accounting teams on portfolio reporting requirements • Collaborate with finance, legal, and market partners • Develop and guide a securitization-focused team
