Account Executive, Commercial Insurance

in our

Markham, ON

office. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with our commercial clients. Are you a results‑driven person who also loves providing exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland!

Expected Compensation:

The expected hiring range for this role is $80,000 to $112,000 based on a 37.5‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines

Minimum 5 years’ Commercial Lines experience and RIBO License

Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation

Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service

Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements

Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate thebest terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
