Become a Customer Service Advisor dedicated to improving homecare services. Oversee order processing, manage customer interactions, and ensure client satisfaction in a vibrant healthcare environment.
In this full-time position, you will facilitate telephone referrals and the setup of home oxygen therapy services for clients. Your role includes addressing inquiries, coordinating orders, and supporting sales initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with Territory Managers to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate all incoming client referrals and orders • Address product inquiries and resolve issues promptly • Assist in achieving sales goals by supporting Territory Managers • Maintain up-to-date customer account information • Ensure timely tracking of customer orders
Requirements:• High School diploma or equivalent required • 2 years of customer service experience necessary • Retail experience is an asset • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Must manage customer relationships effectively
