Join as a Data Steward to strengthen data governance procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish management standards, support data quality, and facilitate easy access to data.
This role involves analyzing data documentation to define Critical Data Elements, managing quality issues, and promoting data literacy. You'll assist business users with inquiries, support compliance policies, and help evaluate new governance tools. Your contributions will be vital in building training materials and metadata repositories while ensuring overall data security and effectiveness in governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with data governance stakeholders for standards • Analyze documentation to identify Critical Data Elements • Manage data quality and assist business inquiries • Support compliance policies and governance tool evaluation • Build and maintain metadata repositories and glossaries
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline • 2-4 years' experience in data governance • Proficient in SQL and governance tools • Strong understanding of industry standards and MDM • Organized and analytical communicator
