This role is critical in preparing accurate financial statements, coordinating financial closings, and leading the finance team. Key Responsibilities:• Direct daily management of General Ledger entries • Prepare timely annual budgets and forecasts • Lead financial month-end and year-end processes • Review cost variance reports for accuracy • Approve finance documentation for capital projects
Requirements:• BA or BS degree with a focus on accounting • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance • Proficient in Excel and SAP technologies • Strong analytical and communication skills • Effective multitasking capabilities in a complex environment
