Analog Engineer for HBM and DDR Design, Markham

In this role, you will apply your strong foundation in analog and mixed-signal circuit concepts to simulate, characterize, and validate memory PHY products. Hands-on experience with CAD tools and familiarity with scripting languages will enable you to enhance design workflows and ensure compliance. You will also foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within a dynamic R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Simulate and analyze analog circuits for memory IP • Validate timing data against design specifications • Collaborate with diverse engineering teams on solutions • Document best practices and workflows for team use • Use scripting (Python, TCL) to automate design tasks

Requirements:• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering required • Practical experience with layout design tools • Proficient in timing analysis for mixed-signal circuits • Strong Python and TCL automation skills • Familiarity with AI in engineering workflows
