Responsibilities

Manage and retain a gradually assigned book of commercial insurance clients across various industries such as construction, contractors, manufacturing, and more.

Work with markets and remarket policies to optimize coverage options for clients.

Cross‑sell applicable products and identify opportunities for new business growth.

Coordinate and book insurance policies including CGL, commercial auto, E&O, and related coverages.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.

Support the team during peak seasons, including increased volume during holidays.

Qualifications and Requirements

RIBO License is a must

2‑3 years' minimum experience in commercial insurance servicing

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and accurately

Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages such as general liability, auto, and E&O

Strong understanding of insurer guidelines, industry trends, etc.

EPIC experience is a huge plus!

Attention to detail with a focus on providing excellent client service.
