As a Project Manager– Infrastructure Management (Water&Wastewater), you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects that protect communities, enhance resilience, and advance sustainable water solutions across municipal and industrial environments.
Your Impact
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initiation through close‑out.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and external partners, to deliver integrated solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long‑term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project phases.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices, tools, and governance.
Support mentoring and development of junior project managers and technical staff.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Proven experience managing water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects within consulting or municipal environments.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure asset management, rehabilitation, and lifecycle planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts for medium‑to‑large projects.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Solid understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks related to water and wastewater systems.
Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK&YT: $104,100– $138,000
MB&ON: 99,700$– 132,700$
NB, NL, NS, PE&QC: $94,100– $124,900
Note: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
