$18.50 per hour Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists; Follow first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) inventory practices; Meet daily pick rate and accuracy targets; Verify order contents before sealing and labeling packages; Unload inbound shipments and verify contents;Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues; Scan, label, and organize products into designated storage locations; Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and audits; Sort and stage outbound shipments by carrier and destination; Load packages onto outbound trucks or conveyors safely;Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards); Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements; Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet shift goals; Communicate shortages, overages, or damaged goods to management; Assist with training new associates as needed;Meet productivity and quality KPIs (units per hour, error rate, etc.); Complete all tasks in compliance with company SOPs and policies. To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who align with our core values and: Are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English; Are tech savvy and have navigated inventory management systems previously; Can lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis; Have an exceptional ability to work as part of a team, and individually;Are detail oriented; Can stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts; Can adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies; Thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment; Are authorized to work in Canada.
