Become a key member of R G H Commercial Equipment Service as a Customer Service Agent in Markham. Deliver high-quality client support and enhance relationships through effective communication and service management.
This role requires you to act as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through service inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Requirements:• High school diploma necessary • 1-2 years of relevant experience • Proficient with current ERP systems • Solid computer and data entry skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
