Description
York Region Educational Services (YRES) is dedicated to leading community volunteerism as a proud recipient of Canada's Volunteer Award, through providing a wide range of volunteer positions in communities in the Greater Vancouver Area, Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Alberta. We are looking for a Library Booth Assistant—someone devoted to giving back to their community, making an impact, and who loves socializing.
Responsibilities
Greeting visitors
Conversation support
Taking photos
Helping count inventory of items that were brought
Providing feedback on the event
Arriving to the event independently
Location: Angus Glen Library, 3990 Major Mackenzie Dr E, Markham, ON L6C 1P8
