In this role, you will work alongside the Senior Director of Customer Experience, mentoring the customer service team while directly contributing to organizational goals. Your hands-on leadership will be pivotal in adapting to customer needs and enhancing service standards. Your adeptness in Salesforce Service Cloud and commitment to quality assurance will steer the team toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities:• Drive quality assurance and service monitoring • Lead team performance management and operational functions • Identify and eliminate recurring service failures • Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners • Engage in continuous service improvement projects
Requirements:• Minimum of 5 years in customer service leadership • Salesforce Service Cloud experience required • Expertise in B2B environments • Strong communication and organizational skills • Willingness to travel 4-5 weeks yearly
