Take the lead in finance systems at a top automotive manufacturer as the Finance Systems Lead, focusing on AI-driven analytics. This role is pivotal in providing actionable insights for improved profitability.
Your work will involve coordinating S/4HANA implementation while enhancing financial reporting processes. You'll actively support the Vice President of Finance with ad hoc analyses that influence decision-making. Collaborate across departments to redefine financial processes through automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:• Guide S/4HANA deployment and stabilization activities • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for finance • Identify gaps in financial controls and recommend actions • Oversee intercompany reconciliations and financial reports • Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budgets
Requirements:• At least 3 years in finance, FP&A, or relevant IT roles• Experience with tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric • Involvement in ERP implementation, especially SAP • Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise • Excellent analytical and communication skills
