Drive service innovation as a Solution Architect at AVI-SPL, where you will align technical solutions with customer requirements across various platforms. Enhance user experiences through well-defined project specifications.
This role emphasizes collaboration with sales teams and internal architects to build comprehensive service solutions. You will be responsible for documenting customer needs and aiding in solution engineering, ensuring that project developments meet established timelines and specifications. A focus on Managed Services and UC solutions is expected.
Key Responsibilities:• Create detailed solution documentation for clients • Respond to sales RFx inquiries efficiently • Assist architects with specifications on larger projects • Conduct market analysis to inform product development • Provide ongoing consulting support for successful implementation
Requirements:• Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to manage competing priorities independently • Expertise in AV/UC connection issues troubleshooting • Familiarity with Microsoft and Cisco technologies • Experience in developing actionable project guidelines
