Key Responsibilities:• Lead all Finance systems initiatives and enhancements • Create clear business documentation for technology teams • Organize workshops to gather Finance process insights • Maintain and prioritize Finance Systems backlog • Oversee execution of finance-related projects
Requirements:• CA, CGA, CMA designation or equivalent • 7-10 years in a finance leadership role • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems • Excellent leadership with a customer focus • Experience in Property&Casualty Insurance is a plus
