Key Responsibilities:• Direct all financial operational aspects for Long-Term Care • Enhance financial reporting and compliance with IFRS • Prepare consolidated budgets and forecasts • Liaise with external auditors for efficient review processes • Implement best practices within Finance and IT
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting necessary • CPA, CA certification required • 12+ years of experience in relevant financial roles • Minimum 3-5 years in a director capacity • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
