Responsibilities
Develop system‑ and component‑level V&V; plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria aligned with product requirements. Maintain requirements traceability from specification through verification evidence. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering. Experience in verification&validation, test engineering, or reliability testing for electrified, industrial, or heavy‑duty equipment. Practical familiarity with high‑voltage DC systems and electrical safety practices. Vibration, environmental, and EMC testing methodologies. Instrumentation, data acquisition, and troubleshooting of complex systems.Understanding of functional safety principles for machinery, particularly ISO 13849 Performance Levels. Ability to generate clear technical documentation and structured validation evidence. Experience with battery‑electric vehicles, mining equipment, or off‑road machinery. Knowledge of functional safety standards and supporting frameworks (e.g., ISO 13849, ISO 26262).Familiarity with BMS, traction inverters, charging systems, HV interlock architecture, and insulation monitoring.
