What You’ll Do

Operate a variety of power tools and heavy equipment like skid steers, excavators, tampers, and more.

Set grades with precision using laser levels, screed sand for pavers, and lay base courses for walls.

Install green roofs, water features, and plant landscapes following BCLNA standards.

Lead on‑site activities and step in as the site leader when needed.

Ensure the safety of yourself and the team through daily inspections and toolbox talks.

Work closely with customers and teammates to build positive working relationships.

Participate in company-sponsored training and educational opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

At least 3 years of experience in the landscaping or construction industry.

Previous experience in a leadership role is an asset (we’ll help you build those skills!).

Computer/iPad literacy is an asset for planning and tracking work.

Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Physical stamina to work outdoors, lift heavy loads, and adapt to changing weather conditions.

Post‑secondary trades education or working toward your Red Seal in Landscaping/Horticulture.
