We are looking to hire a Full Stack Developer (React + Any Backend) in Calgary, AB, Canada (Hybrid), immediately who has strong experience in react&any backend technology. Role Overview

5+ years overall experience with robust recent React experience and solid backend API development; Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience). React (strong): Build and maintain user-facing features using React (functional components, Hooks), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and routing.Backend: Build and integrate RESTful APIs using any backend technology (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, etc.); strong OOP fundamentals, understanding of layered architecture and basic design patterns; comfortable working with databases and API integrations. Partner with UX/product to translate requirements into responsive, accessible UI and deliver end-to-end features.Clear, proactive communication (written and verbal); ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset; ability to break down ambiguous requirements and propose practical solutions. Write clean, testable code; perform code reviews; follow best practices and contribute to Agile delivery.Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across UI and API layers. Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
