BI Data Solution Developer - Hybrid Role, Magog

Join Michelin as a BI Data Solution Developer in a hybrid format, focusing on data integration and reporting. Enhance the company’s data-driven strategies from the Magog research center three days a week.

This hybrid role is pivotal to Michelin’s goal of enhancing customer centricity through data insights. You will be responsible for translating complex data requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The job includes developing data pipelines, reporting models, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop scalable data solutions and pipelines • Create reporting dashboards in Power BI • Ensure data quality and performance optimization • Document data processes and metrics methodologies • Stay current with emerging industry technologies

Requirements:• Technical degree in computer science or related field • 5+ years in IT with at least 2 years in data solutions • Experience with ETL processes and data integrity • Knowledge of MS SSIS and Azure services • Effective communication in both French and English
