POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Full-time day shift, Monday to Friday.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the immediate superior and other team members in daily and administrative tasks

Follow up on files, monitor deadlines, send reminders, see to obtaining the information requested within the prescribed deadlines

Keep the various registers up to date

Participate in any other related task required by your immediate superior

Participate in assigned special projects

Perform accounting data entries (process accounts payable, receivable, etc.)

Provide high level customer service

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Good sense of interpersonal communication

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)

A DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or clerical work

1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
