**Make a difference as an **IT BI&Data Solution Developer***** ****Hybrid work**** - 3 days at Michelin's Magog research center, according to current policy* Support for ****professional development***** An ****employee assistance program***** ****Discounts**** on products* Varied ****activities**** and opportunities to get involved* ****Modern offices***** ****Salary based on experience, plus a potential bonus of 9%******A **stimulating**** role in a highly innovative company**Your role**:***** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.* Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate various sources of data into easy to consume data products.* Design and build reporting data models, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.* Ensure data quality, performance optimization, observability and security across all developed solutions, following best practices in cloud-based data architecture.* Stay up to date with new features and technologies to continuously improve existing data pipelines, data models and reporting tools.* Create and update solution documentation such as data lineage, data dictionary, metrics calculation logic etc.* Strong interest in artificial intelligence (e.g.: generative AI, machine learning and deep learning)* Technical or bachelor's degree in computer science.* 5+ years of experience in IT industry.* 2 years in data solutions development.* Experience building ETL processes and data solutions.* Good experience with programing language such as SQL, Python and DAX.* Experience with MS SSIS, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory and Databricks.* Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools.* Good understanding of modern BI&Analytics architecture in cloud environments.* Ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.* Curiosity about new technologies, particularly AI.* Strong skills in data analysis and business analysis.* Proficiency in data integration and deployment of data systems.* Ability to solve problems and optimize performance.* Knowledge of data security best practices.* Client-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.* Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.* Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.* Commitment to continuous learning.**Inclusive Culture**: Thrive in a diverse, supportive environment where your competencies, contributions and behaviors are recognized.
