Internship– Industrial Management

Internship dates: August 31 to December 18, 2026. Location: 1000 Boul Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, Québec, J4G 1A1. Schedule: on-site 5 days a week (flexible hours). Responsibilities / Day-to-day

Documenting processes and performance indicators (KPIs). Programming interfaces (Power BI, Excel, Access) related to processes and KPIs. Re‑organizing the organization's data management structure. Automating tasks (SAP, Excel and Microsoft Power BI links, Access). Reviewing and adjusting the list of mini‑projects with the Industrial Management supervisor.Qualifications / What you need to be successful

Must haves: Be eligible to work in Canada. Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship. Be able to work on‑site in the province where you are hired, if applicable. Pursuing studies in Mechanical, Computer, Software, Industrial, Aerospace or Physics Engineering. Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).English is an asset. Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities. Project management skills. Written communication skills and PowerPoint presentation skills. Knowledge of VBA programming and the Microsoft Office suite. Autonomy. Assets: Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Knowledge of process reengineering and performance indicators. Employment conditions

The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods.
