Fuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally. Fuze Logistics Services is seeking a systems and Network Administrator with 2–4 years of experience to support and maintain our multi‑site IT infrastructure. This role involves managing cloudand on‑prem environments, ensuring network reliability, and supporting users across our different office locations.Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain network infrastructure across 7 offices using Cisco Meraki routers and switches Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure uptime across all sites Manage and support virtual machines hosted with Sherweb and AET Solutions Maintain and support hybrid identity infrastructure (on‑prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID)Administer Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) Perform routine system maintenance, patching, backups, and upgrades Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated end‑user issues Manage user access, permissions, and security policies across systems Document systems, processes, and configurationsParticipate in IT projects, including infrastructure improvements, migrations, and deployments Support and guide team members and IT users by sharing knowledge and best practices Contribute to user training initiatives and promote effective use of IT systems and tools Help prioritize tasks and coordinate activities to ensure efficient team operationsRequired Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in systems and/or network administration Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) Hands‑on experience with Cisco Meraki (or similar platforms) Experience managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory Experience with Microsoft 365 administrationFamiliarity with hybrid identity environments (Active Directory + Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD) Experience with virtualized environments and cloud‑hosted infrastructure Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Experience with scripting (PowerShell preferred) Assets

Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions Familiarity with security tools and frameworks Experience with endpoint management (e.g., Intune or similar tools) IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Network+) Soft Skills

Strong communication and user support skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations Detail‑oriented with strong documentation practices Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
