Define and maintain the organization’s business process framework, standards, and governance model. Map, document, and optimize end‑to‑end processes across functions (Aftermarket, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.). Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance.Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks, and implement corrective actions. Drive cross‑functional alignment and ensure consistency in process execution. Act as a central point of coordination for process‑related initiatives and transformations. Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and continuous improvement sessions with stakeholders.Support digital transformation efforts. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Develop training materials and promote best practices across the organization. Qualifications

Key Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Aerospace or Business Administration, Operations / Supply Chain or Engineering; OR advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. Aerospace experience a plus.Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business operations. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Proficiency with process mapping tools and data analysis (Visio, Power BI, Excel, etc.). Experience working in complex, cross‑functional environments. Familiarity with engine operation, assembly and overhaul methods preferred.Knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and Power BI preferred. Position requires a very good knowledge of English; the environment is French‑speaking. Benefits
