Position Title Production Planning Systems Analyst (SAP PP)

Position Overview As a Systems Analyst in our Digital Technologies team based in Longueuil, you will deliver IT solutions for Operations, particularly Production, Assembly&Test, and Plant Maintenance.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

Participate in the SAP S/4HANA digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.

Work with business stakeholders to define process opportunities that streamline operations, promote best practices, and drive business benefits.

Perform technical and functional problem‑solving and ensure integration with other solutions and applications.

Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that deliver solutions meeting or exceeding requirements.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide seamless integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.

Lead or participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around vision, scope, schedule, and budget.

Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities using standard application configurations.

Provide knowledge transfer to post go‑live support teams.

Be available and able to travel based on business or project needs.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology, including roles in customer‑facing requirement gathering, design of functional/technical solutions, support, and project delivery.

Experience configuring the SAP Production Planning module; SAP S/4HANA experience is desired.

Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.

Proven project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP PP certification (ECC or S/4).

Working knowledge of SAP PM or other related modules.

Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape.

Leadership of successful process improvement initiatives.

Experience implementing Agile practices at scale.

Program debugging experience.

BTP/MES experience.
