Fit4Less is seeking a Host to enhance customer experiences through dedicated service and cleanliness. This role involves daily cleaning, helping members with amenities, and fostering a welcoming club environment. You will take part in maintaining Fit4Less standards while promoting memberships and ensuring a friendly approach for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility • Offer friendly customer service during cleaning tasks • Educate members on memberships and fitness options • Promote black card amenities and memberships actively • Report concerns and participate in team communications

Requirements:• High School diploma or completing it • 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • First Aid, CPR-A&AED Certification• Ability to manage stress in dynamic situations
