In this role you will manage&direct the workload of the Service Dept for maximum efficiency/productivity&a commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities -Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency -Motivate all employees through coaching/development -Back up Service Business Mgr -Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment -Perform final approvals on equipment -Exceptional customer service&follow up -Assist in quoting repairs&maintaining records -Build effective team dynamics with all departments -Encourage safe working habits

Requirements -Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics -5+ years doing complex repairs -Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion -Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays -Valid drivers license -Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent -Expert knowledge of ag equipment-Effectively use computers/systems
