Job Coach Wage/Salary Info:
Starting $18.73/hour per SGEU Collective Agreement. Employment Terms:
Permanent part-time; requires availability weekdays and weekends. Location:
North Battleford Education:
Grade 12 Experience:
0–6 months Responsibilities: Supervise and support clients in day-to-day vocational activities such as janitorial, housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, recycling, newspapers, fliers, yard work, snow removal, campground upkeep, and maintenance. Transport clients as required. Perform administrativeduties and other tasks as assigned.Knowledge&Skills: Experience working with persons living with mental illness is valuable but not required. Knowledge of health and safety practices, equipment use (lawn, snow, etc.). Proficient with Microsoft Office. Attributes: Strong work ethic Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and organizational skills Problem solving and conflict-resolution skills Passion for helping others Qualifications: Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract. Vulnerable sector check available upon offer of employment. Permanent resident of Canada residing in the Battlefords.
