Reservation Manager– Kochi, Northwestern Saskatchewan (Battleford)

At Mirth Resorts&Residences, we focus on smooth reservation operations, strong online visibility, and effective room sales across all booking platforms. We are looking for a Reservation Manager who can confidently manage day-to-day reservations while supporting room availability, pricing coordination, and OTA performance.

This role is ideal for someone who understands hotel reservations deeply, works well with cross-functional teams, and ensures a seamless booking experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily reservations across platforms such as Agoda, Airbnb, and Booking.com.

Update room availability, rates, and inventory across all OTAs and channel managers.

Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and on time, avoiding overbookings or rate discrepancies.

Coordinate closely with the front office, sales, and operations teams to maintain smooth booking flow.

Track daily bookings, occupancy levels, and booking patterns to support healthy room sales.

Support pricing coordination and ensure alignment with approved rate structures.

Maintain reservation reports and ensure booking data accuracy across systems.

Deliver a consistent and seamless booking experience for all guests.

Qualifications&Experience

Prior experience in hotel reservations or hospitality operations is preferred.

Hands‑on familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and channel management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings.

Good communication and coordination skills across departments.

Ability to manage multiple platforms and daily reservation tasks efficiently.
