As the Reservation Manager, you will lead daily operations related to bookings and ensure pricing alignment across platforms. A robust understanding of OTA performance, along with collaboration with various teams, is imperative to deliver excellently managed room sales and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:• Monitor daily reservations on platforms like Agoda and Booking.com • Update room availability and pricing across OTAs • Ensure timely and accurate reservation processing • Work closely with sales, front office, and operations teams • Analyze occupancy and booking data for optimal sales
Requirements:• Relevant experience in hotel reservations or hospitality • Familiarity with online travel agencies and management systems • Exceptional detail orientation and accuracy • Strong collaborative and communication skills • Capacity to manage multiple daily tasks efficiently
