In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily functions of the treatment center, directing the addictions counseling team. Your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, managing performance metrics, and ensuring all processes adhere to compliance standards. Additionally, you will support clients through their recovery journey with thorough documentation and holistic practices.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor the development of client treatment plans • Lead the performance management of the counselling team • Ensure adherence to accreditation and policy standards • Facilitate client intake, orientation, and discharge • Maintain documentation and foster a safe environment

Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work or Psychology is beneficial • Experience within addiction treatment services • Strong leadership and supervisory skills • Excellent communication abilities for engagement • Commitment to client recovery and well-being
