CSN Collision is hiring a meticulous Auto Body Prepper/Painter to enhance our team. This role focuses on vehicle preparation for painting, including sanding and masking, ensuring high-quality repairs.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for smoothing vehicle surfaces, protecting non-paint areas, and preparing vehicles for an immaculate finish. With over 200,000 vehicles repaired each year, your attention to detail and expertise in sanding and masking techniques are essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:• Sand vehicle surfaces for painting preparation • Apply masking tape to protect non-paint areas • Clean and apply primer on surfaces • Ensure proper paint adhesion by removing imperfections • Assist with paint and primer mixing

Requirements:• 2+ years as an Auto Body Prepper/Painter • Knowledge of sanding and masking techniques • Familiarity with automotive paints and equipment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Valid driver’s license and high school diploma
