As a key team member, you will provide support to both members and non-members through various channels. You’ll ensure that members receive the right guidance to enhance their financial well-being and assist them with routine banking transactions. Drawing from your customer service experience, you'll educate members on new banking features while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:• Foster loyalty through exceptional member service • Provide assistance in-person, over the phone, and online • Refer members to advisors for specialized financial advice • Educate clients about modern banking practices • Support lending personnel with administrative tasks

Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED required • Strong skills in customer service and organization • Banking experience preferred but not required • Sales experience is an advantage • Availability for part-time hours Monday to Saturday
