As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Kinark Outdoor Centre's mission of providing inclusive and safe programming for children and youth. Reporting to the Program Director, your responsibilities include supervising operational staff, managing maintenance schedules, and collaborating with program teams. Your leadership will ensure a safe environment while meeting the needs of diverse populations, particularly those with complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations ensuring site readiness and safety • Implement maintenance schedules and regulatory compliance • Supervise and coach operational staff for performance excellence • Contribute to program development and outcome measurements • Maintain strong relationships withexternal stakeholders

Requirements:• 1–5 years of operations management experience • Relevant degree or equivalent experience required • Experience in outdoor recreation and youth services • Strong understanding of risk management practices • Must hold Standard First Aid&CPR-C certification
