Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, resolving technical issues, training staff, and recommending personnel actions. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and submit detailed production reports • Recommend measures to enhance productivity and quality • Resolve work-related problems with technical solutions • Train and supervise a team of 11-15 workers • Program CNC machine tools for production processes
Requirements:• College diploma or certificate (1-2 years) • 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience • Proficiency in MS Excel • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Specialized knowledge in production environments
