Lead a dynamic team as a Production Supervisor at Agropur in St‑Laurent. Oversee operations in Receiving, Pasteurization, and Packaging to meet plant objectives and drive continuous improvement.
In this key supervisory role, you will manage day-to-day operations and coach plant technicians and operators. Your leadership will ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards while identifying efficiency opportunities and planning workforce based on schedules.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations of the production department • Supervise and mentor technicians and operators • Analyze Ekhosoft data for trends and accuracy • Optimize labor and costs to meet production schedules • Conduct floor walks to monitor progress and standards
Requirements:• University degree in engineering or related field • 7–10 years management experience in food industry • Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement • Strong computer skills in MS Office • Proficient in French and English communication
