Plan, coordinate and direct the availability of human and material resources while meeting delivery deadlines, ensuring product quality and providing customer service aligned with top organizations. Monitor costs, progress and work quality and determine appropriate solutions to issues encountered.Manage employees and take disciplinary measures as required, in accordance with the collective agreement and HR policies. Set objectives and conduct performance evaluations. Lead improvement projects within the department. Establish, implement and enforce policies, standards and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, health, safety and profitability.Coordinate a multidisciplinary team: define, manage and coordinate activities related to projects and product development for CAE and determine appropriate solutions to problems encountered. Qualifications
College diploma in a relevant field (electronic, electrical or mechanical) and at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good experience applying Lean concepts. Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations. Human resources management in a unionized environment: an asset.Strong communication skills. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Bilingualism (French and English) is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. EEO Statement
