Recreational Program Leader for Sports, Lévis

As a Recreational Program Leader, you'll be responsible for organizing and leading sports and fitness activities, ensuring participants have a safe and enjoyable experience. You'll train staff and oversee events, maintaining necessary logs and records for activities. Your role will include equipment maintenance and the promotion of safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and supervise leisure and fitness programs • Instruct individuals in various athletic techniques • Evaluate and monitor safety of activities at all times • Prepare reports on program participation and outcomes • Coordinate supplies and sports equipment as required

Requirements:• College/CEGEP education, preferably in sports studies • 2 to less than 3 years of experience in the field • Fluency in English or French • Ability to provide first aid when necessary • Strong organizational and leadership skills
