Mechanical Design Engineer, Lévis

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for applying your expertise to strategic product development projects. You’ll contribute to energy performance and comfort, act as a technical leader within the engineering department, and actively participate in innovation in the fields of electric heating and residential/commercial air exchangers.

On a daily basis, you will:

Participate in the design of new HVAC and heating products

Provide technical oversight for design in development projects

Offer product engineering support to all departments across the company

Ensure compliance with CSA, UL, HVI, Energy Star, and other applicable standards

Conduct feasibility studies, performance analyses, and technical validations

Collaborate with production, quality, marketing, and certification teams

Define test protocols and overseeing certification procedures

Identify and integrating new technologies and components into products

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
