Maintain and repair highway trucks, trailers, and reefers (brakes, hydraulics, lights&diesel systems) Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on greenhouse equipment (tractors, skid steers, forklifts, ATVs, implements) Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate service records Support seasonal operations with proactive maintenance planningQualification

Mechanical experience (fleet, heavy‑duty, or agricultural equipment is an asset) Trade certification (e.g. Red Seal, Journeyman) preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate A positive can‑do attitude and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skillsWhy Join Us?
