Key Responsibilities:• Support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis • Analyze project financials to identify margin risks • Partner with Operations for decision-making support • Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and insights

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2+ years of financial analysis experience • CPA or CPA candidate preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
