Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Manager role based in Nisku, AB. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, including managing and mentoring the sales team, developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, and nurturing client relationships. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business development.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide sales teams effectively
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities to build and maintain client relationships
Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, sales data, and identify areas for growth
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with a focus on process efficiency
Knowledge of heavy equipment parts, service industry, or related markets is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent work experience
Self‑motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving results
