Key Responsibilities:• Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients • Conduct client meetings and prepare essential presentations • Manage the CRM system for effective sales tracking • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and keep management updated • Close new business deals through contract negotiation

Requirements:• 5+ years in business development or account management • Proven relationships in the construction industry • Technical diploma or Bachelor of Commerce preferred • Strong skillset in B2B sales and client-focused solutions • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
