Michels Canada is hiring a Payroll Systems Analyst in Nisku, AB. Leverage your expertise in the Trimble Construction Payroll Module and support the ERP implementation with our Global Team.

This full-time, permanent role requires collaboration with IT and Business Analysts to optimize applications in our ERP environment. As a specialist, you will lead testing initiatives and ensure compliance with legislation, internal controls, and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities:• Maintain a strong safety culture and compliance • Test new product applications within Viewpoint • Coordinate payroll testing for applications • Ensure adherence to government regulations • Document testing protocols and processes

Requirements:• Minimum five years of payroll experience • Experience with ERP system implementations • Knowledge of Trimble/Viewpoint ERP is a plus • Payroll Certification is an asset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
